Studio Alto da Glória wasn’t built around a business plan or the idea of becoming an agency. It evolved gradually, shaped by years of professional work with clients across different countries, cultures, industries, and ways of working.
We meet with the client, define the work, and plan the best way forward. If we both feel it’s the right fit, we build the brief and organize the information into a working structure.
Then we design. We organize the material and get to work. Ideas are presented, discussed, and developed with the client until we feel the project has taken its final form.
The studio is structured around independence, with collaboration brought in when a project requires it. This gives us the freedom to explore ideas on our own terms while working with the right people when needed. And artificial intelligence is also part of this structure, used where it can strengthen the work without replacing design decisions.

Studio Alto da Glória is based in Curitiba, Brazil, with established business operations in both Brazil and the United States. This allows the studio to work naturally with clients in either country while keeping projects simple from both a creative and operational perspective.
The studio works from a house in Alto da Glória, a historic neighborhood close to the center of Curitiba that gives the studio its name. The physical space is part of the way we work: a place for design, experimentation, research, and the exchange of ideas. At the same time, working remotely is part of our DNA. The freedom to organize the work in a way that makes sense for the project, the client, and our team is fundamental to how we understand the design process.
Every project is personally led by Wilson Gheur, a graphic and interactive designer with a professional background shaped by two decades of work in San Francisco, California. He now leads Studio Alto da Glória from Curitiba, Brazil.
